Reservation contract
Submitting a search or payment does not by itself guarantee accommodation. A reservation becomes confirmed when the hotel issues a confirmation containing a reservation reference. Keep the confirmation and review it promptly.
Rates, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in the hotel’s configured currency. The booking review must show the room subtotal, applicable taxes, mandatory fees, total price, amount paid and outstanding balance before confirmation. Optional services and incidental charges are separate. Payment or guarantee requirements depend on the selected rate and are disclosed before confirmation.
Guest and occupancy details
The person responsible for the reservation must be at least 18 and authorised to book for every named guest. Names, contact details, dates, room count and adult/child occupancy must be accurate. The hotel may refuse occupancy beyond the confirmed room limit or apply a previously disclosed supplement where permitted.
Arrival and departure
Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00, using hotel local time. Early arrival, late departure and specific room assignment are requests subject to availability and may carry a disclosed charge. A valid identity document may be required at check-in.
Special requests and accessibility
The hotel will record reasonable accessibility, dietary and service requests, but a request is not guaranteed unless the confirmation expressly says it has been accepted. Contact the hotel before arrival where a request is essential to the stay.
Changes, cancellation and non-arrival
The cancellation policy displayed for the selected rate and preserved with the confirmation applies. Changes may alter availability, price, taxes, fees or stay restrictions. Nothing in these terms removes cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Conduct, safety and property
Guests must comply with lawful hotel safety and conduct rules and must not use a reservation for resale, fraud or unlawful activity. A guest may be responsible for proven loss caused by deliberate, reckless or grossly negligent conduct, subject to applicable law and a fair review of the evidence.
Privacy and service messages
The hotel processes the minimum information needed to manage the reservation, provide the stay, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and send essential service messages. Marketing choices are separate. See the hotel Privacy Notice for rights and contact details.
Complaints and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact the hotel first so it can investigate and propose a fair resolution. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer’s right to approach the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or another competent authority or court.
